Orphanage Program

North Eastern Youth for Development (NEYD-KENYA) established a children’s home in 2012. The centre is providing shelter, education, food, nutrition, health and psycho-social support to orphans. The Centre is located in Raya shopping centre 12km North of Garissa town in Garissa County – Kenya.

To create a nurturing and caring environment for orphans through provision of quality education, healthcare, psychosocial support and shelter.

Program Activities:

• Provide secular and Islamic education to the orphans.
• Provide food, health and boarding facilities.
• Conduct guidance and counselling services.
• Conduct life-skills training to the orphans.
